Various Saturday & Sunday group rides are held every weekend. Visit this site for weekly posts on weekend ride details.
Running
Pacesetters organise weekly runs from Bukit Aman (Lake Gardens) at 6-6.30am each Sunday. Visit their website for contact details, a detailed event calendar and route maps. They have groups for various other areas also.
Details of these runs can also be found on the associated Runners Malaysia website, which also has a detailed event calendar.
der Pacemakers is a friendly & active running group based in KL. Visit their blog for event details. They currently meet at the KL Lake Gardens (Tasik Taman Perdana) on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, from 6.15-7.30pm.
