I know it’s the Great Eastern 30k run on Sunday but we still need to do a long ride on Saturday (only 4 long rides left excluding CNY).
The ride will be to Banting, Morib, Sepang, Salak and return. For those coming from PJ/Mont Kiara, the distance is around 200k. If some of you prefer a slightly shorter ride, you can turn back at Banting.
The first drink stop will be at the Petronas station 9k before Banting and the breakfast stop will be in Sepang. This is after 2/3rd of the distance so please make sure you have some early breakfast or have some energy bars (or 5 banana muffins!) to keep you going.
Meet at Mega Mall exit on the Federal Highway at 0600, Cheras 2nd toll at 0640 or at Shell station opposite Country Heights at 0700. Please let me know if you plan to join the ride and at which meeting point. Cheers.
