At the request of Azwar and Bacin, this weekend we'll be heading to PD for a relatively steady and shorter ride in view of the GE 30 km run happening on Sunday. Details as follows:
Date: Saturday 19 January
Time and Place: Push off from MTDC Bangi at 0715. Please be punctual. The earlier we start, the earlier we get back, more time to recover before running.
Route: MTDC Bangi - Salak Tinggi - Sepang - Lukut - PD - Lukut - Sepang - Salak Tinggi - MTDC Bangi
Distance: +/- 120 km
RV points: Sepang (refill), Lukut (regroup), PD (makan), Sepang (refill)
Extra notes from Bacin:
1) Whoever wants to PB the GE 30km run is advisable not to follow ride.
2) Ride is compulsory for CSC team members who will be doing IM Langkawi if you want your contracts to be renewed. Whoever does not turn up will be punished with a French kiss from Bacin... Hahahahahah, just kidding. No, really...
