From pipot.com - the following training sessions are on this weekend. Even for tapering Langkawi Ironpersons, the Sunday swim-bike-run session is a great opportunity for an easy triathlon simulation, and last minute equipment checks.

UPNM berada dlm Kem Sg Besi atau paling senang Maktab Tentera DiRaja (MTD=RMC). Masuk dari pekan sg besi lama atau bandar tasik selatan. Sapa yg pergi sg besi airport maknanya sudah sesat giler! Ni ha GPS koordinat klu nak tau http://wikimapia.org/ klu tak jumpa jugak, bole terjun masuk lombong.... hehehe parking no hal, luas mcm aircraft carrier.
