Route: Genting Sempah to Bentong & back (70km)

Time: 7.30am (please check in ready to ride at least 15 min before start)
Meeting place/Start: In front of McDonald's, Genting Sempah R&R Area
Ride distance: 35km or 70km (see description)
Ride description: Cool & winding downhill until the Hot Springs and then it's a fast slightly downhill run into Bentong. Those wanting to be back early can opt to turn back at the Hot Springs for a 30km total. For the others, we'll ride on and refuel in the famous Bentong 'home-made ice cream' shop (next to Shell) and make the return climb back to Genting Sempah.
Suitable for: All levels of riders, everyone is welcome. Usual average speed is high 20's to low 30's kph, with a sweeper & stops for regrouping. Feel free to blast off the front if you want to.
How to get there: From PJ, take LDP-Kepong-MRR2 towards Gombak-Karak H’Way. Exit at Genting Sempah after tunnel. From KL –MRR2-Gombak –Karak H’Way-Exit at Genting Sempah after tunnel.
